How we prepare content

We publish data and analytical materials about companies in Kazakhstan. This page describes where we get information, how we verify it, and what we do with errors.

01 · Data sources

Official registers

All information about companies in SafeDeal comes exclusively from official state sources of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We do not use user-generated content, reviews, or unverified databases.

02 · Process

Content preparation

    Data collection

    Automated parsers access the APIs and open registers of the sources listed above on an agreed schedule.

  2. 02

    Normalization and verification

    Each record is validated by structure (BIN/IIN, OKED, KATO) and compared with the previous version. In case of discrepancies, the request to the primary source is repeated.

  3. 03

    Content review

    Blog articles and explanatory texts are checked by the SafeDeal content team for compliance with the current legislation of the RK (the Tax Code, the Law «On Public Procurement», the Law «On Accounting and Financial Reporting», etc.) and with up-to-date data from official sources.

  4. 04

    Publication and updating

    After verification, the content is published. The date of the last update is indicated on each company page and in each article. When sources change, we reissue the affected materials.

03 · Principles

Editorial standards

Accuracy

Any figure, date, or status refers to a specific official source. We do not use estimated or user-generated data as fact.

Transparency

Each page shows where the data comes from, as of what date it is current, and who prepared the material.

Independence

We do not edit company data at the request of the companies themselves. Changes are possible only if the primary source has published a correction.

No hidden paid placements

Company lists, ranking, and risk assessment are formed by an algorithm without paying for positions. SafeDeal does not place advertising inside company cards.

04 · Corrections

Corrections policy

If you notice an error in company data or in an article, let us know. We respond within 3 business days.

  • An error in company data (BIN/IIN, address, executive, finances, risks, contracts) — we verify with the primary source. If the source has already corrected it, we update within a day after the next parsing cycle.
  • A factual error in a blog article — we publish a correction and indicate the change date in schema.org dateModified, as well as in the visible «Updated» block on the page.
  • Outdated information — we add a relevance note and a link to fresh data.
