A certified report from official registries
SafeDeal is an online platform for verifying companies in Kazakhstan. We aggregate data from official government registries and combine it into a single certified report for making business decisions.
How verification works
When verifying a company, SafeDeal automatically requests data from several government systems and compiles a single report. Each section of the report indicates its data source.
The risk assessment is based on a check across 8+ parameters. If at least one of the factors is detected, the company is flagged as risky with the specific reasons indicated.

Every company is checked against the following factors:

- 06Registration at a mass-registration address
- 07No employees
- 08Debt under enforcement proceedings
Data timeliness
Data is updated weekly from government sources. Authorized users can request a forced update of a company profile at any time.
Data timeliness depends on how quickly government registries are updated. Some data (for example, court rulings) may appear in the registries with a delay ranging from several days to several weeks.
What SafeDeal cannot verify
- •Beneficial (ultimate) ownership of companies
- •Off-registry structures and informal connections
- •Data not present in open government registries
- •A guarantee of completeness and timeliness of data from external sources
